CosmicConsult^® is a small European company based in Germany, Old Europe. The company know-how is based on long term experience of its founder and director, Klaus Damian, in management functions with various international space projects, from telecommunication satellite projects to manned space programmes. The experience covers bilateral international cooperation with various countries and multilateral cooperation in the frame of the United Nations and the European Space Agency. The main area of expertise is related to astronaut training within the International Space Station (ISS) Programme.

The consultancy and support offered to customers takes advantage of this particular experience in support of various projects. These include commercial training packages, incentive programmes, special events, educational and outreach projects.

The motto of the company, which reflects its mission, "Ad astra navigare necesse est" is a combination of two Latin proverbs: "Per aspera ad astra (Through difficulties to the stars)" and "Navigare necesse est, vivere non est necesse (To sail is necessary; to live is not necessary)" (see: (see: Wikipedia).
